Boys………….. There will be a lot of breakups and heartaches but remember that no matter who breaks your heart or who’s heart you break there will always be your one special person for you! But don’t give up or try to commit suicide because there’s more to live then that one person!! You have managed to live and survive before you were together and trust me you will manage and survive after your break up! Don’t feel guilty if your ex commits suicide and blames you in the letter, because believe me its not your fault they decided to take their own life you did not force them to kill themselves!! God loves you and will never break your heart .

It is hard and a lot of of teens go trough that but you only have to look in the mirror every morning and say 'halo beatifull ', it works! just do that every morning 'till you feel that you are thinking more of yourself than you did before.......
Just don't think to much of yourself that you forget the other people around you......because that can also cause other people to think less about themselvs so just ignore the boys or the girls that brings your self-conscious down......

When someone tease you at school!!!

Hold your head high - literally. As hard as it may be, look straight ahead and keep on walking. Also, don't cringe about any comments they make. You shouldn't change who you are - or what you look like - for anyone........God made you the way you look and God never made a mistake so don't worry what they say becauce your not a mistake!!!!
